I want to learn more about issues relating to customers slamming car dealers on rogue websites and posts on complaint sites. Are your stores experienceing any of this? And how do your stores handle these situations?

at my prevous dealership we had a problem with it.

All we could do was make sure our name stays out on top. Also we did make an offical post on the site that stated all of the matters have been addressed and corrected.

We found that pretending it is not there hurts you way more than addressing it.
